Prestwich, Manchester

Located on Sheepfoot Lane, along the southern boundary of Heaton Park in Prestwich, Greater Manchester, this generous plot hosted a house with a dated interior. At the same time, it presented an opportunity to create something special, with sweeping views over the park.

KUFIC Architects prepared a scheme to extensively remodel and extend the house for which planning permission was secured in 2020. This was supplemented by a detailed package of information with which the project was sent out for competitive tender to a shortlist of contractors, and we selected an appropriate contractor to deliver the project within a 12 month programme.

This executive home boasts luxury interiors through a combination of high quality design and detailed specification.
