Located to the south of Heaton Park and with expansive views over it, this site presented opportunities to create a unique house. KUFIC successfully secured planning consent and with close collaboration with our client and meticulous attention to detail, created an elegantly proportioned detached house, which has enhanced the street scene and offers high-quality accommodation.
