Formerly Batley Hospital and later a nursing home, this is a stunning example of Victorian architecture. With the an extended period of remaining vacant, the building deteriorated and suffered substantial fire damage. Our Client commissioned us to remodel the interior to accommodate apartments, with restoration of the original fabric at the heart of the project. Planning consent for 40 units , including 20 apartments was successfully secured in 2020.
