Batley, West Yorkshire

Formerly a nursing home, KUFIC were able to partially demolish and extensively remodel the fabric of this building to revert it to its original Victorian use;  6 houses. Located in Upper Batley conservation area, the site presented various challenges which KUFIC were able to overcome to help our Client deliver  impressive housing units for the private market. Completed 2018.
