Batley, West Yorkshire

Phase II of this former nursing home, KUFIC Architects designed a mix of terraced, semi-detached, and detached houses in the curtilage of a heritage asset. The development lies within a conservation area and includes partial development within greenbelt, and as such posed numerous challenges at planning stage. KUFIC were able to successfully overcome these to add value to the site, and deliver quality housing for our Client. Completed 2023.
